       石墨增碳剂是指经过石墨化的增碳剂，在高温条件下，碳原子的排列呈石墨的微观形态，所以称之为石墨化。

      石墨化增碳剂产品使用方法：在电炉底部放置炉料三分之一后将计算好的产品放置在炉料上，（炉中放一部分料后放增碳剂）然后把剩余炉料按要求放在上面，如上面的炉料较大时应把一些较碎的炉料压在增碳剂上，以防止漂浮影响吸收率。增碳剂加入量是金属量的1-3%，用户也可根据产品生产质量要求自行调整。增碳剂的特点是碳在铁液中吸收效果好，不返渣，使用增碳剂可大幅度降低铸件生产成本。

     石油焦增碳剂采用石油焦煅烧提纯等加工而成，外观成圆粒或多棱形，带有金属光泽，呈多孔性，是碳体物，代替传统的石油焦增碳剂，降低炼钢成本，低灰、硫、磷、高发热量、高比电阻、高机械强度、高化学活性、高精煤回收率。

       煤质增碳剂采用优质太西无烟煤（以其独有的低灰、低硫、低磷、高固定碳、高发热量而著称于世）做原料，具有固定碳含量较高，抗氧化性强，低灰、低硫、低磷、高机械强度、高化学活性、高精煤回收率等特点。主要用于炼钢增碳，其作用是提温快，效果好，碳收得率稳定，可用来调整钢液的碳含量和氧含量，改变其钢性和韧性，从而提高钢液的形核能力和钢坯的内在质量。
