木质素简介

木质素又名木钙，是一种多组分高分子聚合物阴离子表面活性剂，外观为棕黄色粉末物质，略有芳香气味，分子量一般在800－10000之间，具有很强的分散性、粘结性、螯合性。目前木质素磺酸钙已被广泛用做水泥减水剂、耐火材料结合剂、陶瓷坯体增强剂、水煤浆分散剂、农药悬浮剂、皮革鞣革剂、炭黑造粒剂等，深受广大用户欢迎。

木质素用途及使用方法

1、用作混凝土减水剂：在混凝土中的掺量一般为水泥质量的0.2-0.3%，可以减少用水量10-15%以上，改善混凝土拌合物的和易性，提高工程质量。夏季使用，可抑制坍落度损失，一般与高效减水剂复配使用。

2、用作选矿浮选剂和冶炼矿粉粘结剂，冶炼业用木质素磺酸钙与矿粉混合，制成矿粉球，干燥后放入窑中，可提高冶炼回收率。

3、耐火材料：制造耐火材料砖瓦时，使用木质素磺酸钙做分散剂和粘合剂，能改善操作性能，并有减水、增强、防止龟裂等良好效果。

4、陶瓷：用于陶瓷制品可以降低碳含量增加生坯强度，减少塑性粘土用量，泥浆流动性好，提高成品率70－90%，烧结速度由70分钟减少为40分钟。

5、其它：木质素磺酸钙还可用于精炼助剂，铸造，水煤浆分散剂，农药可湿性粉剂加工，型煤压制，道路、土壤、粉尘的抑制，制革鞣革填料，炭黑造粒，饲料粘合剂等方面。
