金盐主要用于集成电路板，线路板，接插件，接角件等电子元件接触，导电部分的表面镀金，还大量用于首饰、装饰品、手表、眼镜、灯具和旅游商品等，是使用量最大的黄金化工产品。

生产工艺特点：

 (1)产品质量好，纯度高。母液一步结晶，所得产品中金的质量分数即达68.3％以上。

(2)生产效率高。母液合成只需1h。所得母液每升含金盐300g以上，不必浓缩，直接结晶。
