简介
可加速水的挥发，缩短涂膜指触干时间，提高生产效率及生产良品率。
快速提高涂膜的硬度，快速提高涂膜耐化学品性能。
ACOMA是一种特殊有机聚合物的水性分散体，不含有机溶剂，能快速催化水性中的异氰酸酯与多元醇的反应。
ACOMA完全不同于氮丙啶及碳化二亚胺，是可以直接添加到涂料羟基组分当中，并有良好的稳定性的一种交联促进剂，而非交联剂。

添加ACOMA后指触干时间
基础配方：丙烯酸多元醇水分散体与Bayer固化剂。
制板方法：钢片，喷涂，干膜厚度为20微米。
放置环境：温度，20 ℃；湿度，68%RH。
测试涂膜指触干时间。

添加ACOMA后硬度上升时间
基础配方：丙烯酸多元醇水分散体与Bayer固化剂。
制板方法：钢片，喷涂，干膜厚度为20微米。
放置环境：温度，20 ℃；湿度，68%RH。
测试涂膜硬度提升到1H所需要时间

添加ACOMA后活化期
基础配方：丙烯酸多元醇水分散体与Bayer固化剂，添加配方1%的ACOMA。
放置环境：温度，25 ℃；湿度，68%RH。
达到设定的时间后进行制板，80度干燥4小后做酒精擦拭试验。
从图中数据可知，加入ACOMA对活化期的影响不明显

ACOMA在水性涂料中的应用

ACOMA使用方法

添加量:通常建议添加量为配方的0.2－2.0%
如何添加:纯水性时，可以在生产过程中任何时间段加入，当配方中含有机溶剂时，需要在涂料的生产过程最后添加。
使用方法注意事项:与绝大多数的丙烯酸及聚酯元醇有非常好的相溶性，但客户仍需在使用前测试其与配方中各组分的绝对相溶性。
