耐火水泥产品介绍：
耐火度不低于1580°C的水泥。按组成不同可分为铝酸盐耐火水泥、低钙铝酸盐耐火水泥、钙镁铝酸盐水泥和白云石耐火水泥等。
历史资料显示，随着人们对铝酸钙耐热性能的发现和了解，1913年欧洲的铝酸钙的产量便有了飞速的提高。当20世纪20年代不定型耐火浇注材料开始迈出自己的发展步伐时。到20世纪八十年代末和九十年代，逐渐出现了新的浇注技术。最先引进使用的是低水泥浇注料的泵送和自流浇注技术。之后，又出现了湿式喷涂或喷射技术。在这些技术的变革中，产生了耐火水泥。耐火水泥也叫铝酸盐水泥。铝酸盐水泥是以铝矾土和石灰石为原料，经煅烧制得的以铝酸钙为主要成分、氧化铝含量约50%的熟料，再磨制成的水硬性胶凝材料。铝酸盐水泥常为黄或褐色，也有呈灰色的。铝酸盐水泥的主要矿物成为铝酸一钙（CaO•Al2O3，简写CA）及其他的铝酸盐，以及少量的硅酸二钙（2CaO•SiO2）等。
耐火水泥的用途：
耐火水泥可用于胶结各种耐火集料（如刚玉、煅烧高铝矾土等），制成耐火砂浆或混凝土，用于水泥回转窑和其他工业窑炉作内衬。
耐火水泥操作方法：
耐火水泥的烘烤
耐火水泥炉衬进行烘烤时，必须注意下列事宜:
1)常温350度阶段，最易引起局部爆裂，要特别注意缓慢烘烤。如在350度保温后仍有大量蒸汽冒出，仍应减缓升温速度。
2)在通风不良、水气不易排出的条件下，要适当延长保温时间。
3)当用重油烘烤时，要严防重油喷在炉衬表面，以防局部爆裂。
4)当用木柴烘烤时，直接接触火焰处往往造成局部升温过急，应加以防护。
5)对新浇捣的耐火水泥，至少要经3d后才可进行烘烤。
6)对耐火水泥炉衬的冷却也应缓慢，避免强制通风。
耐火水泥技术要求：
1、细度：水泥颗粒越细，比表面积越大，水化反应越快越充分，早期和后期强度都较��。国家规定：比表面积应大于300平方米/千克，否则为不合格。
2、凝结时间：为保证在施工时有充足的时间来完成搅拌、运输、成型等各种工艺，水泥的初凝时间不宜太短；施工完毕后，希望水泥能尽快硬化，产生强度，所以终凝时间不宜太长。硅酸盐水泥的初凝时间不得早于45分钟，终凝时间不得迟于390分钟。
3、体积安定性：水泥浆体在凝结硬化过程中体积变化的均匀性称为水泥的体积安定性。如体积变化不均匀即体积安定性不良，容易产生翘曲和开裂，降低工程质量甚至出现事故。
