稀土瓷砂介绍
稀土瓷砂滤料是由多孔陶瓷原料掺加稀土原料精制而成，具有极强的过滤吸附能力，高强度、低阻力、耐腐蚀、无毒性、再生简单、使用寿命长等特点。是一种球状的灰白色滤料，选用优质高岭土做原料，掺合一定量的成孔剂、粘结剂，经过炼泥、成型、干燥、烧成等工艺，粒度一般在0.5～32mm之间的多种规格，适宜于去除污水中胶体杂质的新型产品，广泛用于单层滤池、多层滤池、机械过滤器中做过滤中过滤介质，处理各种工业污水、工业用水、城市自来水、城市污水、纯水、软水，也可作为生物滤料处理有机污水；电力、化工石油、供排水的净化水处理；还可用于过滤式除尘器做滤料处理各种工业粉尘、锅炉烟尘。常用规格：0.5-1mm，1-2mm，2-4mm，4-8mm，8-16mm，16-32mm

稀土瓷砂特性
1.化学性能稳定，耐腐蚀，抗氧化性能好；
2.过滤阻力小、滤液清、效果好，使用寿命长。
3. 为球形表面，易清洗，反冲洗耗水量比石英砂降低能30～50％
4.用于化学法处理的废水过滤，重金属去除率达90%以上，悬浮物去除率高
5.强度大，磨耗率小，一般比石英砂滤料使用寿命长5倍以上；
6.稀土瓷砂滤料均匀规整，装填方便，不易流失，无溶出有害物，无二次污染，特别适应于离子交换，反渗透处理装置中做预处理滤料或做树脂承托层，也可以用于活性炭吸附器的垫层；

3.适合于离子交换、反渗透处理装置预处理的滤料，也可以用作树脂、活性炭吸附的承托层。
4.广泛用于单层滤池、多层滤池、机械过滤器中做过滤介质，处理各种性质污水。
5.作生物滤料处理有机污水。
6.可以做成除铁除锰瓷砂，除氟瓷砂等多用途滤料，或作为含油废水处理的粗粒化滤料，生物滤池的生物滤料等，去除铁，锰，氟，油及其它有机污染物。
