 一、双轴搅拌机介绍

双轴搅拌机在消化吸收国内外先进技术成功典范的基础上，采用镶嵌式旋转辊盘，工作中压辊任意调整，各项功能均已达到国际先进水平。采用强迫式进料，并配有超载保护装置，均匀无阻，噪音低，使其运转更安全可靠。采用大直径调质器，使物料熟化更充分，使颗粒更光滑，硬度更适中，成形率达98%，并且设备磨损率降到最底。采用调速喂料，准确控制喂料量，以适应不同物料，不同颗粒直径的生产需要

在陶瓷、选矿、化工、冶金等行业中，干粉、半干粉及湿泥料的拌和是一道重要的工序。SZ双轴搅拌机是一种理想的高效节能设备，产量高，拌和均匀，在陶瓷行业中，它常用于粉碎机、提升机、震动筛及练泥机配套使用，过筛后的干粉料进入搅拌机后，经过淋水，搅拌成湿润均匀的散料，进入练泥机后被挤成泥块或其它形状的制品。

在泥料湿法生产中，压滤机、搅拌机、练泥机可组成泥料练制流水线。在耐火材料生产行业中，搅拌机的半干粉可直接用于压制各种形状的耐火制品。本机同样适用于矿山、冶金、化工、砖瓦等行业一切粉料搅拌需要。本机设有淋水、吸尘、割泥机构，使用简便可靠。

 

二、双轴搅拌机结构特点

双轴搅拌机主要由机壳、螺旋轴总成、驱动装置、配管、盖板、链罩等部件组成。具体结构性能特点如下：
1、壳体主要由板材及型钢构成，在制造厂内焊接成形，并与其他部件组装在一起，是双轴搅拌机的支撑。壳体密封严密，不会有飞灰外扬、漏灰的现象。
2、螺旋轴总成是双轴搅拌机的主要组成部分，其组成部分主要有左右旋向螺旋轴、轴承座、轴承套、轴承盖、齿轮、链轮、油杯、叶片等零部件。油杯为压配式压注油杯，加注润滑油方便、有效。双轴搅拌机叶片的材料选用耐磨损且不易粘灰的复合陶瓷。叶片结构设计地合理简单，磨损之后易于更换，使用寿命长。
3、加水调湿配管主要由接管、接头及喷嘴组成。喷嘴采用不锈钢雾化锥喷嘴，布置在搅拌机机壳内部上方，沿螺旋轴方向轴向排列，形成水帘以利于物料的加湿搅拌。喷嘴结构简单，易于更换，不锈钢材质，防腐耐用。通过操作供水管道上的手动调节阀可以调节湿灰的含水率。
4、盖板主要包括左盖板、中间盖、右盖板、孔盖及检修孔盖等。双轴搅拌机两侧设置有六个检修孔，以方便操作人员平时的检修及保养。双轴搅拌机用于气力输送末端。

三、双轴搅拌机工作原理及操作规范

双轴搅拌机利用两根呈对称状的螺旋轴的同步旋转，在输送干灰等粉状物料的同时加水搅拌，均匀加湿干灰粉状物料，达到使加湿物料不冒干灰又不会渗出水滴的目的，从而便于加湿灰装车运输或转入其它输送设备。主要适用于火力发电厂、矿山等行业粉煤灰或类似物料加湿装车的场合。

本机在运转中，千万不能用铁棍等器件去捣生产泥料，以免掉入叶轴中损坏机器设备。
