4、关于发货

质量问题说明：根据<<国家三包法鞋类产品三包服务明细>>及<<消费者权益保护法鞋类细则>>，鞋类发生尺寸明显大小不一、顺脚、断帮、断底、皮面脱落、严重脱浆、开胶、开线、掉跟的情况，属于质量问题。 气味、少许胶渍，肉眼在1.5米外不能明显分辨的 痕，钻饰脱落，不属于质量问题。
6、退换货服务
质量问题包换，来回邮费全部由我们一方承担，须在2天内与我们客服联系，提供图片确认并寄回商品，收到寄回商品后确属质量问题，将更换商品再次寄回到您手中；尺寸问题更换所产生的双程运费由买家自理，需要更换货的，请在收到商品后2天内联系客服，及时寄回商品，并主动承担来回运费。
