主要成分：
纳米级银
性能特点：
本产品是将粒径做到纳米级的金属银离子。纳米银粒径大多在4纳米左右，对大肠杆菌、淋球菌、沙眼衣原体、埃博拉等数十种致病微生物都有强烈的抑制和杀灭作用。抗菌机理为：纳米银颗粒作用在细胞膜蛋白质上，可直接破坏细菌细胞膜，导致细胞内物质渗出，致使细胞死亡，抑制其生长。银表面的电荷作用破坏细菌的正负电荷平衡，导致细菌死亡。
适合范围：
1、各种化纤、服装衣料、内衣、鞋、袜、手套、毛巾等。
2、纸制品：卫生纸、卫生巾、办公用纸、学生用纸等。
3、各种塑料、冰箱、洗衣机、电视机、照相机、电话机、电脑键盘、电源开关、家电制品。
4、各种玩具、文具、生活用品、包装品等。
5、医疗卫生：医院设施、手术室、医疗用具，如注射器、输液器、无菌衣等。
6、化工建材类：水泥、涂料、油漆、壁纸、装饰材料等。
使用方法：
1、一般正常用量30-50g/l
2、工艺流程：浸轧（轧液率＞70%）-预烘（110-130℃）-烘培（140-170℃，）
包装、储存
50kg塑料桶包装或按客户要求，在阴凉干燥区内储存。

This product is to achieve nanoscale silver ions.The particle size of nanoscale silver is mostly around 4 nm. And it can strongly inhibit and kill dozens of pathogenic microorganism such as coli, neisseria gonorrhoeae, chlamydia trachomatis and so on.Antibacterial mechanism: Silver nanoparticles effect on membrane proteins and directly destroy bacteria cell membrane, which leads to intracellular permeation and causes cell death and inhibits its growth. We guarantee that we can avoid
metamorphic and discolored problems caused by bacteria, yeast, mold and so on. Also it can inhibit or prevent the growth of bacteria, thus it can surely prolong the service life of goods and keep the goods endurable and clean with repeated cleaning and washing.

Methods of use
1.For normal dosage : 20 to 50 g/l
2.Process: padding (mangle rate > 70%) - preliminary drying (110-130℃) - baking (140-170℃)
